I'd so like propose an optional 'noop' parameter (say %o/%O),
which would be relevant regarding of this multiple execution
feature.

Hi all,

I have updated the DES-EMA specification [1] to add '%o' and '%O'
no-op parameters. They are only relevant when found as first parameter,
and determine the multiple execution feature.
