[Thunar-dev] modular uca.xml

Hi,

I would like to be able to handle modular custom actions in Thunar.

This way, an external package that's supposed to feature a Thunar custom
action would provide an xml uca file inside /etc/xdg/Thunar/uca.d , and
the custom action associated with this program would be cleanly removed if
the package is uninstalled.

example : ffmpeg could provide a "media info" uca, calling ffprobe
